"Aria Reserve is a very good option if you want a new-construction waterfront building in Edgewater with incredible bay views, an expansive amenity suite, and larger-than-normal units at a price point that does not require ultra-luxury money. Melo Group has delivered their most refined product yet, and the two-plus-acre amenity deck is genuinely impressive for the price. The HOAs are lower than branded buildings. The flow-through floor plans are smart, giving every unit both bay and sunset views. The views are outstanding. Just know what you are getting into: this is a 782-unit mega-project that will take time to find its identity, there is a third tower (Rs Sky Club) coming that will bring more construction, and Edgewater's traffic and flooding realities apply here just as they do everywhere else in the neighborhood. If you can live with those trade-offs, Aria Reserve is one of the best value propositions for new construction in Edgewater."
